Mental Health Clinicians - Outpatient (Fee for Service)

From the time of its founding, the Brookline Center has been known for its field-defining impact.

Mental health is at a crossroads: the current system is inequitable, ineffective, and unaffordable, and the need for care is skyrocketing. Meaningful innovation and compassionate care are intertwined in the Brookline Center’s DNA and fuel our vision of mental health care accessible, equitable, and effective for all.

In response to today’s enormous mental health challenges, the Brookline Center is re-imagining its core work. In 2023, we began an evolution from an outpatient-centered community mental health care provider to an expanded role in mental health care as a center for designing, developing, and sharing ground-breaking, cross-sector programs and services. Our aim is to become a hybrid outpatient provider of community-based mental health care and innovation incubator, functioning similarly to the world-renowned research institutions and hospitals in our neighborhood that strive to narrow the gap between scientific insights and patient impact.

To support and fuel the Brookline Center’s growth and evolution, we are expanding our team. If you are interested in shaping the future of mental health and ensuring that care is effective and equitable for all, we would love to meet you.
