Senior Consultant – Dental Insurance

Do you have experience in customer strategy, operational process improvements, and platform development? By joining our team, you will play a vital role in making an impact for our clients and the people they serve through our growth strategy, enhanced user experiences, and engagement through the entire lifecycle of customers' interactions within the Dental Insurance industry.


Responsibilities:

  • and document current state processes, workflows, and pain points related to Dental insurance processes.
  • business cases, requirements documents, and functional specifications for Dental platform implementations.
  • user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback from end-users to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure successful delivery of Dental insurance platform projects on time and within budget.
  • project tasks independently and may lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others.
  • in and/or lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract.
  • deliverables for accuracy and quality.
  • your prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues.
  • to proposal development.
  • with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements related to document management.
  • knowledge of Claims Administration platforms.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years prior experience working for a Dental Insurance provider.
  • domain knowledge in Dental insurance Operational processes including new quote through claim (RFP Generation, UW, Group Setup, Enrollment, Claims, User Portals and Maintenance/Amendments) platform that will be leveraged to support end to end capabilities for voluntary (Accident & Health, HI, CI) and non-voluntary (Dental, Disability, Life) group benefit products.
  • 5+ years working as a Business Analyst in an Insurance/Dental consulting organization.
  • of all lower-level claim position responsibilities.
  • oral and written communication skills.
  • to set and achieve performance goals.
  • analytic and negotiation skills.
  • to internal and external client needs.
  • team player.
  • to clearly communicate verbally and/or in writing both internally and externally.
  • be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • to travel 40 - 50%, on average, based on client needs and requirements.
  • with Microsoft Office programs.

  • to coordinate and prioritize required.
  • accuracy, initiative, and the ability to work with minimum supervision.

  • predictable attendance within client service hours for the performance of this position.


Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • adjusters license required.
  • CPCU, or ARM preferred.
  • Product Owner/Product Manager certification
  • Lean Portfolio Management certification
