Job Title: Product Tech Support Associate
Location: Mesa, AZ – Hybrid (3 days’ onsite and 2 days’ work from home)
Role: Individual Contributor Internal Facing Role
Essential Functions:
- Develop and maintain .NET 8 MVC Web API and Angular 15 application.
- Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Participating in internal and sprint meetings to clarify requirements, formulate design approaches and confirm they meet the business needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving support requests in production environments.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Participate in development prototypes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
Required Experience:
Minimum of four years' related experience in a software development environment.
- Strong Proficiency in C# .Net Core MVC Web API.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Visual Studio, VS Code,POSTMAN, Azure Repo with GIT and NuGet and related tools.
- Strong Proficiency in writing stored procedures and functions using relational database Azure SQL.
- Experience in designing ,documenting,developing and integrating REST API in Angular application
- Experience in developing background services in C# / WebJobs.
- Experience with Agile development Methodologies.
Desired Experience:
- Healthcare (Health Plan) industry experience preferred.
