Job Summary:
Join the PCF Insurance product team as a Salesforce Administrator. This role will be pivotal in contributing to our Salesforce product strategy. You will work with a small team of IT professionals to ensure our organization utilizes different tools and capabilities offered by Salesforce effectively and efficiently. You will also work closely with end-users, project managers, and the technology teams to ensure projects are in line with our business objectives and strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles.
- Help resolve user support tickets.
- Identify and gather feedback and requirements from users and stakeholders.
- Support team members and monitor user adoption of Salesforce tools in our organization.
- Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
- Collaborate with the training department to develop and refine Salesforce training materials and content to enhance user competency and product literacy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce features and functionalities.
- Conduct regular system audits to assess how users are engaging with Salesforce, identifying patterns of use and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
- Demonstrated experience in a Salesforce Administrator role, with a solid track record.
- Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products and their capabilities; familiarity with Financial Services Cloud.
- Expertise in managing and upkeeping Salesforce systems.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with business partners and managing scope effectively.
- Ability to define and implement tailored solutions for specific business challenges.
- Current Salesforce Administrator Certification or Advanced Administrator Certification is a plus but not required.
