Bonus Program:
● Eligibility based on billed hours exceeding 690 per quarter.

Location and Compensation:
● All candidates MUST reside in California.
● Position is about 90% remote, with occasional in-person trial appearances.
● Competitive pay range from $100k to $210k, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
