Cross Country Search has tag-teamed with a facility in Southeast Georgia looking to add an Assistant Director of Nursing to their long-term care facility. Those who possess a strong background in clinical leadership experience within an assisted living facility, long-term care center, or related outpatient environment are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Maintain clinical accountability for patient care, supervising and providing direct care in a patient care facility, centered around first in class care to adult and geriatric patients.
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Nursing to maintain high standards in infection control, quality assurance, compliance, and other areas of the facility.
- Manage workflow promoting a positive environment; staff education, scheduling, and evaluation.
Requirements:
- Over three (3) years of current nursing experience within a long-term care facility.
- Strong leadership skills with two (2) or more years in an RN - Nurse Manager position.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Current unencumbered Georgia Registered Nurse license or COMPACT nursing license. Must obtain GA RN license within three months of starting in the position.
