Responsibilities:
- Compiling and distributing both electronically and manually a large number of chemical product files. Record-keeping, indexing, and scanning.
- Reporting progress on internal and external inquiries.
- Handles communication with colleagues about planning and coordination.
- Contributes to the project as a team member.

- Possess very good, working knowledge of MS Office suite applications, Adobe Acrobat/Nuance PDF converter or similar applications be willing to work with quite a large size of data and be able to generate reports have excellent file management skills be able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least several years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).

- Familiarity with FIFRA related tasks (State level labeling and registration) and OSHA's safety data sheets (SDS) is a plus.
