MOSS 360 ARCHITECT
Candidates must be local to the Northern VA/Washington DC area. Candidates who live outside of this area will NOT be considered.
What is a MOSS 360 Architect?
At MOSS we’ve taken the role of our Architects to a whole new level. Why do we call them 360 Architects? It’s because they integrate our proprietary MOSS 360 virtual reality technology into the architectural process. We don’t just put our design team into a box and ask them to focus on one or two elements. We expect that our 360 Architects understand the projects from a holistic perspective.
360 Architects work collaboratively with Sales Consultants, Project Designers and Project Managers.
As a MOSS 360 Architect, you will gain insight into how your clients live today, what their dreams are, and then be charged with giving those dreams solidity. You will create 2D and 3D drawings as well as creating a Virtual Reality environment that your clients will explore to see what’s possible. At Moss, you are an Architect who knows, and is responsible for, the full scope of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Providing accurate documents and drawings, adhering to guidelines and standards
- Coordination with engineers and other outside consultants
- Submit permits and work with agencies to ensure approval
- Client presentations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- 2-4 years of experience in residential remodeling
- Knowledge of building codes
- Proficiency with Chief Architect, or equivalent, required
- Experience with the permitting process

Compensation
Compensation Potential to earn 6 figures with a high base salary and access to the company’s profit sharing plan.
