Position Overview: As a Level 1 IT System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our clients in the Richardson area. While you may need to visit a few clients locally, the majority of your work can be completed remotely, giving you the flexibility to organize your schedule as you see fit. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve technical issues.
- Document processes, procedures, and system configurations.
