What you’ll Do
- Work closely with marketing operations experts and marketers across Adobe to understand the current state process.
- Work with product management to build customer journey maps, and identify and recommend technical solutions to business use cases.
- Bring a deep understanding of Adobe Workfront and how it can be used for Marketing processes.
- Develop solution architecture diagrams and present to internal technical review boards.
- Contribute to the vision of connected systems and processes by working with engineering and product owners on beta products and APIs.
- Provide guidance to Workfront admins and developers on configuration and integration patterns.
What you need to succeed
- 3 years of experience with Workfront in sysadmin capacity.
- Detailed understanding of enterprise B2B marketing processes and tech stacks with Marketo Engage.
- Knowledge of Marketo Engage and Workfront APIs. Workfront Fusion experience preferred.
- Ability to work with developers and verify integrity and scalability of integrations
