We are seeking a talented Restaurant Manager for our new brewery in a beautiful multi-outlet complex located in Northwest Indiana. Located only an hour from Chicago, this brand-new facility offers multiple amenities including restaurants, event spaces, outdoor activities, and retail. This position will be tasked with building on and elevating an outstanding company culture, setting and driving high expectations, and being an integral part of the restaurants continued success. The restaurant is owned and operated by a highly regarded management company with multiple locations in the area and plans for future growth.
Compensation: Base Salary up to $75,000 + 401K, Full comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision benefits, Life Insurance, relocation assistance, employee discounts, and more!

- Previous full-service restaurant management experience
- Hiring, training and development experience
