Seeking a Veteran Success Associate
*** Paid Internship with the option to convert to full-time***
We are seeking recent and soon to be graduates for our Veteran Success Associate position. The Veteran Success Associate will serve as a liaison between our company and our clients. Responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Veteran Success Associate also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities.
We are looking for a professional person who is persistent, persuasive and sales minded with a client focus. We need someone who is confident and comfortable speaking with various clients and can build report with the clients though their interactions. The Veteran Success Associate will need to coordinate with clients, gather client requirements, work with our internal team, and execute submissions on or before the specified deadlines so excellent written and oral communication is vital. Goal-oriented, outgoing, optimistic, analytical, and enthusiastic personalities may be a good fit for this role. Former military veteran or familiarity with the veteran community a big plus!
This is an internship position that has the potential to convert to full-time employment. The internship would last 3-6 months with the option to convert full time based off performance. First review would be after 3 months and then depending on performance there is the option to convert to full time or to further extend internship if further training is needed.
Full time position after conversion would be salaried with sales incentives along with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, sick)
The is a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must be local to San Diego and be willing to come to the Poway office 3 times a week and may work from home twice a week. This position would also require travel from time to time when needed for client meetings.
