Talent Acquisition Coordinator

This is a role on our Corporate Human Resources team! We are based in Atlanta, in the Sandy Springs area. The role is hybrid with 3-days in the office each week.


We are adding a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to our team to work closely with our Recruiters and hiring managers and provide a high-touch candidate experience. You will be engaged in interview scheduling, offer letter creation, onboarding tasks, and different activities that drive candidate attraction and engagement, all while focusing on accuracy and efficiency. This is a high-impact, high-potential role with incredible exposure to all team members.


In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to be an active participant in the recruiting and pre-hire portion of the employee lifecycle. In addition, you'll be positioned as the team's subject matter expert when it comes to our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You'll have the opportunity to be front and center as we implement a new system. You'll be a part of the system design, and be our superuser with responsibility for troubleshooting and training.


What you'll do:

  • Ensure a positive, seamless, end-to-end recruiting process for all internal partners, stakeholders, and candidates.
  • Utilize available technology to manage logistics and scheduling for phone, video, and in-person interviews for all participants.
  • Leverage experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to support the Talent Acquisition team in the deployment and utilization of new tools and resources.
  • Position self as an ATS Super User to gain efficiencies and compliance within the system, for the team.
  • Track and monitor interview scheduling so all interviews go as planned.
  • Greet, welcome, and tour candidates as they arrive to the Atlanta Support Center for interviews, making them feel comfortable and their time valued.
  • Create and send offer letters and confirmation statements to new hires and internal employees.
  • Through our vendor partner, complete Forms I-9 and E-Verify confirmation process, verifying I-9 documentation, maintaining I-9 files, and ensuring verification and renewal of employment eligibility status.
  • Enter new hires into the HRIS system with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Update all talent acquisition processes and policy documentation as needed.
  • Field and resolve questions and issues that arise from internal and external parties throughout the recruiting and interview process.
  • Interface comfortably with all levels of the organization and candidates.
  • Once the new hire’s pre-hire steps are complete, seamlessly hand off the new hire to the Onboarding & Employment Branding Specialist so there are no gaps in the process.
  • Share the Front Desk and Office Management responsibilities, which includes but not limited to mail and package collection and distribution, office clean up, and the ordering, organizing, and stocking of breakroom and office supplies.
  • Create badges for new employees and guests and maintain the guest badge process.

What you bring:

  • Ability to effectively interface and use discretion across all levels of the organization
  • Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Microsoft Outlook experience
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Greenhouse, Jobvite, or iCIMS
  • Outstanding communicator both verbally and written
  • Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. BA/BS is strongly preferred.
  • Requires some level of experience scheduling interviews, processing new hire forms, and/or creating offer letters.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is strongly preferred.


Work Location:

This role is hybrid in nature and is based out of our Atlanta Support Center.
