Position Overview As a Training Coordinator, your primary role is to enhance the effectiveness of sales associates and leaders by delivering comprehensive new hire training, developing ongoing training resources, and offering training support and accountability. This position will support all markets, necessitating occasional travel, but will be based at the Corporate Office in Cedar Falls, IA. Roles and Responsibilities Conduct virtual new hire onboarding and training sessions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all NGW and US Cellular products, processes, and procedures to develop ongoing training programs for front-line sales associates. Assist Area Sales Leaders in conducting new Sales Leader trainings. Train and mentor Store Leaders to become effective trainers. Ensure new hires receive adequate training through follow-up, identifying gaps, and resolving issues. Lead, develop, and support leaders with ongoing communication, training, and development. Identify additional training needs through observation, sales reports analysis, leader calls attendance, and regular meetings with Sales Leaders, Area Sales Leaders, and DOS. Organize and conduct regular webinars, conference calls, or in-person training sessions to update product knowledge and inform about system additions or changes. Provide innovative training solutions (quizzes, how-to-guides, best practice guides, etc.) for front-line associates on products, systems, policies, and other areas of opportunity. Offer ongoing support to all associates regarding training queries or changes. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications Previous experience in training within a retail or sales environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Demonstrated success in creating and delivering engaging content. Sales experience is preferred. Desired Attributes Highly organized and self-motivated. Excellent communication skills.
