We're looking for a sharp Sr. Financial Analyst to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be a key player in shaping our financial future, leading the planning, analysis, and budgeting processes. You'll partner with leaders across the organization to ensure financial alignment with strategic goals and provide critical data-driven recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to assess business performance, identify risks, and inform decision-making.
- Partner with department heads to analyze financial performance, identify variances, and recommend course corrections.
- Deep dive into key metrics and trends to uncover opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and process improvement.
- Conduct scenario modeling and ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives, investments, and operational improvements.
- Develop and manage budgeting processes to streamline efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the accounting team on accurate and timely financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning, modeling, and data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365) and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial data for diverse audiences.
