What will your role be?

The Mechanical Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of technical drawings in collaboration with a tier 1 aerospace supplier. The role involves extensive experience in validating technical drawings and performing stack-up analysis to guarantee the precision and reliability of aerospace components. The role is not limited to that and the mechanical engineer will also have to responsibility to provide guidance and advice on design changes.


Activities:

  • Validate aerospace technical drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with design teams to address and resolve any issues identified during the validation process.
  • Execute precision drafting for aerospace components, ensuring adherence to tight tolerances and specifications.
  • Utilize CAD software proficiently to create, modify, and optimize technical drawings.
  • Conduct detailed stack-up analysis to assess dimensional variations and ensure components meet stringent tolerances.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize designs based on stack-up analysis results.


What skills and qualifications are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • 2 Years’ experience working in a mechanical engineering department with a focus on technical drawing validation and stack-up analysis.
  • Proficiency In using industry-standard CAD tools and stack-up analysis software.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace regulations, standards, and quality control processes.
  • Provide clear and concise reports on analysis results, offering recommendations for improvement
  • Participate In cross-functional meetings to contribute expertise and insights
