Job Description :
- Plans, manages, and oversees construction projects ranging from multiple medium projects to large, multiple-contract projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Accountable for all construction management activities on assigned projects.
- Scope of human resources management includes construction representatives and construction specialist jobs.
- Interprets plans and specifications for clients, contractors, and the company’s field personnel.
- Provides internal consultation to construction representatives and acts as a technical resource to other function groups within the division.
- Develops new opportunities for business through proposal and general contact with current and potential clients.
- Contributes to the administration and operation of the construction services group, as required.
- Supervises and coordinates all shop drawing activities.
- Reviews government regulation in order to provide consultation services that reflect an up-to-date knowledge and understanding of legal requirements.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 12 years of relevant experience.
- Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
- The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
