We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our fast-paced team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accountant to lead and manage our accounting operations and contribute to our company's financial growth. The Accounting Manager will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization, ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:

1. Overseeing and managing the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
2. Assist in the preparation of the budget, financial forecasts, and report variances.
3. Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
4. Supporting month-end and year-end close process.
5. Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
6. Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
7. Additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Accounting Manager role will possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
3. In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
4. Hands-on experience with accounting software packages
5. Intermediate MS Excel skills including understanding of formulas
6. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
7. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects.
