A hospital located in Elmhurst, IL is currently seeking a Registered Nurse - ICU to join their team full time!Check out the details below:
Title: Registered Nurse - ICU
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Intensive Care Unit
Location: Elmhurst, IL
Schedule: Full Time, 7:00am-7:00pm required to work every 3rd weekend
Pay: Competitive pay depending on years of relevant and like experience.
The Registered Nurse - ICU duties to include but not limited to:
-Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served
-Conduct initial and ongoing assessments based on observation, patient/family interview, input from other health care providers and other pertinent data
-Collaborates with patients, families, and other health care providers to establish plan of care and measure outcomes
-Plan and coordinate patient discharge or transfer throughout the patient’s course of treatment. As needed, includes other members of the health care team in planning patient discharges
REQUIREMENTS:
-RN License
-1 year of ICU or Step Down experience required
- ACLS required
- EKG, NIH Stroke required
