Qualifications and Skills: A passion for client education and a high standard for individualized patient care Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Missouri Licensure or a willingness to obtain Continuing Education annually Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift up to 50lbs Clinical experience or a willingness to be mentored in the following areas; Dermatology, Preventative Medicine, Dentistry, Clinical Pathology, Dentistry, Co2 Laser surgery, Cold Laser Therapy, Cytology, Ovariohysterectomy (OVH), Neuter, Management of Addison’s Disease & Cushing, Histopathology, Urolith removal by Cystotomy, Perineal Urethrostomy, Gastropexy, Enterotomy, Mass Excision, Soft Palate Nares, Limited Orthopedics Surgery. Abdominal Exploratory Surgery, Soft-tissue Surgery, Canine and Feline Hyperthyroidism, Heartworm and Ehrlichiosis detection and treatment, Early detection and care for Renal Failure, Compassionate Euthanasia.
