We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Commercial Lines CSR to join our dynamic team in the insurance industry. This role is an exciting opportunity to use your commercial lines experience in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and managing the insurance needs of our insurance industry clients. This position requires a high level of client interaction, so excellent communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and servicing an established book of business.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Processing policy changes, renewals, and new business transactions.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborating with underwriters and other insurance professionals to ensure the best coverage for clients.
- Managing and resolving client concerns and complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Ensuring all client information and transactions are recorded accurately and promptly.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, products, and changes in the insurance market.
- Participating in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably as an Account Manager.
- Proven experience in Commercial Lines insurance, specifically in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills, with a passion for providing exceptional client experiences.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance management software.
- Must hold a current insurance license or be willing to obtain one within a specified time frame.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
