Job Description

Levin & Nalbandyan, is looking for an experienced associate attorney to join our dynamic and modern legal team in our Employment department. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the supervising attorney on initial pre-filing case work-up
  • Engage in client meetings, ensuring effective communication
  • Draft complaints with precision and attention to detail
  • Skillfully handle discovery by propounding and responding to inquiries
  • Take and defend depositions confidently and adeptly
  • Conduct thorough case-related investigations
  • Contribute to law and motion work
  • Assist with trial preparation


Qualifications:

  • Exhibit outstanding professionalism and communication skills
  • Demonstrate excellent research and writing abilities
  • Possess some litigation experience
  • Showcase the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Provide strong references
  • 3-5 years Employment Lit preferred

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
