Job description
Law Firm located in Westchester is looking for a Litigation Attorney for growing practice.
- The candidate will have experience in litigation from either a law firm or in-house institution
- Ideally with preparing and responding to Daubert and/or Frye motions, and motions for summary judgment.
- Experience with trial-related court filings (i.e., motions in limine, requests to charge, verdict sheets, etc.) is a plus.
- Deposition experience is preferred with the ideal candidate having independently taken and defended some depositions.
- Courtroom experience is preferred with the ideal candidate having independently presented oral argument in motion practice.
- Stellar written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle a robust caseload.
