Summary:
The Global Compensation Analyst is responsible for the oversight and execution of day-to-day compensation activities related to the implementation, communication and administration of Entegris’ compensation programs.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Serve as the key contact point and advisor for global non-executive compensation programs, including salary and incentive structures, pay policies and practices, and career frameworks.
- Partner with talent acquisition and HR Business Partners to support global initiatives and address regional/local compensation challenges and concerns; research and communicate best practices for evaluating and compensating employees.
- Manage the day-to-day administration of salary structure design and maintenance, including job code maintenance, pay grade adjustments, title updates, and pay range management.
- Participate in global compensation surveys to ensure accurate representation of the organization's compensation data in the market.
- Maintain and manage the global survey library using a survey management system (e.g., BetterComp).
- Support annual compensation planning cycles, including Workday design requirements, data validation, and employee training and communication; act as main point of contact to provide advice to leaders and managers regarding the annual salary/performance review process.
- Partner across HR Centers of Excellence to ensure compliance of compensation programs with applicable federal and state laws. Conduct audits, update plan documents, and communicate changes as required.
- Conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends; proactively monitor the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation programs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Total Rewards team and HR leadership on strategic compensation projects, providing data analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications (Education and Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Engineering, Business or related field
- Minimum of five years of experience managing broad-based compensation programs
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong project management, able to work in a high-pace environment
- Possess a high level of integrity and discretion, particularly with sensitive, internal information.
- Experience using compensation and HR systems (Workday, BetterComp, ERI, etc.)
- Experience with compensation data surveys (Radford, Mercer, WTW, IPAS, etc.)
