We're hiring a Head of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing strategies. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with product teams, and driving go-to-market efforts to maximize product success.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Define target markets and positioning strategies for products.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams for alignment.
- Support sales enablement efforts with compelling messaging and materials.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Lead go-to-market plans for new product launches.
- Create product narratives and value propositions for differentiation.
Marketing Campaigns and Content:
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand.
- Create marketing collateral and content to support sales efforts.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Use insights to inform product positioning and strategies.
Metrics and Measurement:
- Define KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Analyze data to optimize strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of product marketing experience with successful product launches.
- Have led a team and/or built a product marketing program from the ground up.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
