We are seeking an on-site Account Manager who can offer broker support to multiple Partner-level producers within our Houston office. The person stepping into this role will support several brokers in a variety of deal capacities including research, financial analysis, leases, negotiations, documentation, marketing, and administration. The individual must be a licensed salesperson in the state of Texas or have the desire to become licensed, as there are opportunities to interact and assist clients, as well as earn commissions in addition to your base salary.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide general administrative assistance to a group of commercial real estate brokers, including preparation of proposals, presentations, and communications material
  • Coordinate the distribution of internal and external marketing information.
  • Collect documentation to complete voucher forms and process brokers' commission payments
  • Produce marketing materials within brand guidelines and review marketing material while acting as a point of contact for various groups to coordinate the completion of property information packages.
  • Coordinate the preparation and production of client-specific property packages, schedule appointments, maintain calendars, arrange travel plans, and coordinate meeting room reservations.
  • Update and maintain various information databases, generating standard and ad hoc reports.
  • Assist with website updates, and coordinate advertising schedules and placement with the marketing group.


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of experience in a brokerage support role.
  • Real Estate Salesperson license or the desire to become licensed within the first year of employment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) is required.
  • Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
  • Proficiency in accurately calculating figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
  • Solid understanding of financial terms and concepts, including the capacity to conduct financial analysis.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written), and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain detailed and/or complicated information, comprehend instructions, short communications, and memos, and write routine reports and communications.
  • Proven ability multiple projects at any given time.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Demonstrated record of initiative, problem-solving, and adaptability.
  • Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily.
