FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIAN | ONSITE | ROSWELL, GA
The Select Group is looking for a talented Field Services Technician to join one of our top healthcare partners. This person will work onsite in Hiram/Douglasville on a Epic Beaker Print Refresh project. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, working with both hardware and software.
FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience installing, supporting, and managing desktops and printers
- Experience with Internet browsers and MS Office products
- Exposure to Cisco networking environments
- Ability to communicate clearly and great team building skills
- Bonus skills: VPN, Active Directory, Citrix
FIELD SERVICES TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation, support, inventory, and system enhancements
- Management of networked and non-networked hardware (i.e., desktops, printers, and peripherals) and local system applications
- Problem resolution/troubleshooting/training and communicating with end users in a timely and customer-oriented manner
- Assisting with the deployment and maintenance of service-level agreements with appropriate reporting and documentation of support
- Other duties as assigned
