One of our esteemed client is looking to hire strong Customer Success Engineers with experience providing technical support on their Firewall related SaaS products . The Engineer will provide technical expertise and help customers adopt the products. This will be a Contract role for 12 months duration and will need to be in local office 3-4 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers to better understand and adopt the products
- Provide in depth understanding and highlight features of the innovative next generation products
- Work with internal teams to deploy and make the products successful within customer's environment
Qualifications:
- At least 4-5 years of IT product operations, support or network and cloud security solutions
- Experience working with network products - routers, switches, servers, monitoring solutions) and expertise in Firewalls
- Knowledge of operating systems - Windows, Mac, Unix, Linux
- Experience handling customer escalations, account management, engagements, etc.
