Location: Miami, FL (Onsite/Hybrid)

Duration: Permanent Hire

Job Overview:

The Client Engagement Leader is responsible for driving sales of project delivery services, managing client relationships, and overseeing the successful execution of projects to achieve client satisfaction and revenue targets. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, project management skills, and strong leadership abilities.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and value.

Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs, provide updates on project progress, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives through project delivery.


Sales and Account Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, nurturing relationships and driving the sales process from lead generation to closure.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and solutions that address client needs and objectives.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.


Project Delivery Oversight:

Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects according to client requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.

Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members, resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during project implementation.

Monitor project performance metrics, including quality, cost, and schedule adherence, and take proactive measures to address deviations and mitigate risks.


Performance Reporting and Analysis:

Track and analyze key sales metrics, such as revenue targets, pipeline growth, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, trends, and areas for improvement.

Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimizing sales processes, refining service offerings, and enhancing customer experience.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and project delivery, preferably in a technology or professional services environment.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Leadership experience, with a focus on coaching, motivating, and empowering teams to achieve results.

Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making and strategy development.


Additional Requirements:

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend sales meetings.

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours to accommodate client needs or project deadlines.

Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams is desirable.
