Position: Project Manager & Team Lead - Building Envelope
Location: Jacksonville, FL or Pensacola, FL

Metric are engaged in a brand NEW search for an accomplished building envelope professional eager to take on more responsibility!
You will be responsible for the planning, procurement and execution of projects as well as coordinating and mentoring junior multidiscipline staff.
Responsibilities:
- Take sole responsibility for the planning, procurement and execution of building envelope projects
- Coordinate and supervise team members
- Conduct and lead regular meetings with clients
- Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Conduct site visits and closely monitor project progression
- Work collaboratively with other departments
Required Qualifications:
- Registered Architect / Professional Engineer License
- Minimum 8 years experience in the architecture or engineering of building envelope systems
- Project management experience with proven success managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Seeking professional development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) / Registered Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC) / Registered Waterproofing Consultant (RWC)
