- Direct preparation of budgets, review proposals, and provide supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with the executive team to maintain accurate financial forecasts.
- Provide timely reviews of the organization's financial status and progress.
- Advise on operating and financial issues, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Ensure accuracy of the P&L and proper accounting of costs.
- Analyze financial data and market trends.
- Implement corrective actions based on audit results.
- Oversee payroll records and labor productivity programs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of accounting experience required.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role required.
- Must have Experience in Hospitality - luxury markets preferred.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
