POSITION PURPOSE:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Analyst that will join the Supply Chain Technology team. The ideal candidate will have experience with distribution center operations and will have responsibility for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting WMS and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems to optimize DC efficiency and productivity. This role will be based in New Jersey and reports to the VP of Supply Chain Technology.

POSITION OUTCOMES/DELIVERABLES:

  • Key contributor to Supply Chain Technology projects, including WMS and Labor Management (LM) implementations
  • Deliver production support and business analysis to ensure that supply chain technology optimizes operations and product flow throughout the DC network


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather & document business requirements for WMS implementations and enhancements
  • Conduct business analysis to understand warehouse operations, processes, and requirements
  • Design and configure WMS solutions to meet business needs and improve warehouse operations
  • Create test scripts and validate WMS functionalities to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide training and support to warehouse staff on WMS usage and best practices
  • Develop and maintain robust analytics and reporting based on stakeholders needs and requests
  • Monitor and analyze WMS performance and recommend improvements for optimization
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate WMS with other systems and applications
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in WMS and warehouse operations


EDUCATION/SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience Required or Preferred:

· Requires understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain management principles

· Deep knowledge of WMS technology (preferably Manhattan Active WM); Labor Management (LM) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems experience is a plus

· 3 to 5 years of experience with DC systems implementations, enhancements, configuration, and production support

· Operational experience with the software delivery life cycle (SDLC); JIRA experience is a plus
