Mountain View Hospital is looking for an LCSW to join our team in Rigby and Blackfoot Idaho.
Relocation and Sign-On bonus may be available for candidate with specific experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide clinically and culturally competent guidance along with teaching skills to individuals, couples, families, and groups who are dealing with issues that affect their mental health and well-being.
- Complete clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
- Work with the clinic manager to help build and improve a program that will support our growing patient pool and staff.
- Complete all continuing education requirements in order to stay current with updated research and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completion of graduate training at the Masters or Doctorate level in Social Work as well as licensure in their field of study at the LCSW level. Must have current BLS or obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum of two years post graduate clinical experience in providing direct psychotherapy services in individual, couples, family, and group modalities.
