Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Step-Down

A well known Medical Center located in Hackensack, NJ has an immediate need for a Registered Nurse to work in ICU Step-Down

Type: Contract
Schedule: 7pm - 7am 3x12. Every other weekend required. Holidays required
Location: Hackensack, NJ

Requirements:
NJ State RN license required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in the ICU & S/D required, 3-5+ years highly preferred.
Must have ICU and S/D experience at the bedside within the past six months.
Experience and competent in working with pulmonary patients, vents, trachs, hanging drips, incubation, etc. COVID ICU unit.
ACLS & BLS required
CCRN or PCCN highly preferred.
RN must be willing and able to treat and manage patients on unit with a variety of conditions (including but not limited to flu, Covid, heart issues, lung issues,etc).
Must be willing to float or downgrade as needed.
BSN preferred
ASN required
NIHSS required
