Lincolnwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is a newly renovated 190-bed skilled nursing & rehabilitation facility!
We have a Chronic Kidney Disease Program with an In-Patient Hemodialysis den too!
We have Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem LPN positions open for all shifts!
Pay Rate: $32- $37 per hour (based on experience)
Pay in Lieu of Benefits: extra $3.00 per hour
Waiving medical only: extra $1.50 per hour
Short Pay: $2.50 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgement.
- Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers.
- Provide direction to clinical team members.
- Maintain resident confidentiality.
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
Here is what is needed to be part of this amazing team:
- Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a LPN in the state of RI
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Primary series of the COVID Vaccination is required (or new bivalent COVID Vaccine or medical exemption)
