Job Details

Education/Experience:
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university.
EIT/FE License Required.
Valid Colorado PE license or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
A minimum of 6 years of experience (preferred).

Job Summary:
The Land Development Project Lead / Team Lead serves as the chief of their respective projects and teams within the Land Development Department. The Project Lead may be responsible for overall management of 2 - 6 direct reports and pulls together the resources required to make each project successful.

Required Skills/Abilities:
strong technical expertise in the Civil Engineering design of Land Development projects.
Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and associated design software
Broad multi-disciplinary knowledge in civil engineering including land development, transportation, water resources, wastewater, structural, and geotechnical topics.
High level knowledge of discipline-related software programs and ability to interpret and summarize technical results and concepts. May include technical knowledge with hydrology, hydraulics, utility design and associated modeling software (StormCAD, CUHP, EPA SWMM, and HEC-RAS experience preferred).
