We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work in a leading company in the finance industry. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health of our organization by providing financial projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing investment activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and a deep understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop complex financial models and conduct benchmarking to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
2. Conduct detailed financial analysis including advanced financial modeling, profitability analysis, monitoring business issues and impact to the bottom line.
3. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial review.
4. Perform ad hoc analyses for senior management to provide strategic decision support.
5. Prepare intercompany closing entries and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
6. Develop and monitor operational KPIs, identifying trends and recommending improvements accordingly.
7. Troubleshoot data from multiple software applications in ERP, ensuring data integrity, and providing accurate financial reporting.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial information, and make recommendations based on findings.
9. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (such as CFA/CPA) is a plus.
2. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a financial analysis role.
3. Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
4. Experience with intercompany closing entries and operational KPIs.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Proficiency in troubleshooting data from multiple software applications in ERP, SAP.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to senior management.
8. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and financial software applications, SQL a plus.
9. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Must be a team player, with proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
11. Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles.
