Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Attends and participates in all designated Celebration functions, meetings, and events as requested
- Coordinates with the Celebration Director all printed materials from BGEA Headquarters, fills printed materials orders for daily mailing/shipping, and distributes materials as needed
- Manages and ensures the timely recruitment, scheduling, training, and supervision of volunteers for all projects
- Ensures the advance availability and set up of project materials prior to the arrival of volunteers engaged in telephone calls, mailings, and packet assembly
- Ensures timely mail processing and effective mail delivery and mailings
- Maintains accurate inventory of supplies, schedules, forms, and other documents and materials, and orders office and shipping supplies based on approved requests
- Organizes the storage of materials
- Maintains files for tracking all shipping and receiving activity
- Oversees all incoming/outgoing freight deliveries
- Assists in set-up and dismantling of the Celebration Office
- Coordinates with Celebration Director and/or Financial Team Leader in handling all financial donations, strictly implementing BGEA Financial Procedures/Policies
- Ability to calculate and create deposits into the bank
- Maintains honest and noble integrity with financial funding
- Ensures timely financial processing and effective deposit from events
- This position coordinates the volunteer activities of the Celebration Office.

- Ability to effectively manage numerous diverse administrative and operational accountabilities
- Ability to relate effectively and productively with people within and without the organization
- Ability to demonstrate a consistent Christian witness
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System and software such as Word, Excel, and Publisher, and ability to create mail merge documents
- Up to date working knowledge of all shipping methods
Physical/Mental Demands
- Some heavy lifting required
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in the midst of changing priorities and circumstances
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently.

- Ability to analyze trends and recommend necessary action.

Working Conditions
- Work is typically performed in a conventional office environment
- Frequent travel within local area is required
- Extended daily, weekly, and weekend work hours are sometimes required
* This position is of temporary, full-time nature associated with relevant Celebration planning, event, and closing, and will end thereafter.
