Job Description Inventory Manager - Wyoming Visionary Broadband seeks a qualified individual to fulfill the role of Inventory Manager - Wyoming. This full-time position will join the team at Visionary Broadband, a division of Visionary Communications, Inc., one of the top service providers in the Rocky Mountain region. The position will be based out of Gillette, WY. Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee Wyoming Inventory staff – provide daily guidance to 4 Inventory Clerks on tasks, approve time and time off requestsPurchasing / Purchase ordersCreate weekly cycle counts for Inventory staff to completeWork closely with Accounting regarding Inventory interactionsInventory Reports (Weekly, monthly, quarterly)Price negotiations (shipping)Receiving (Product)Warehouse OrganizationOwnership of software utilized for inventoryAudit preparation (Inventory)Ownership of Vendor Managed InventoryCreation of min/max countsManage RMA processManage controls into Inventory secure areasOwnership of SuppliersQualifications: A qualified candidate must possess the following skills, or have equivalent experience and/or qualifications:Must have valid driver's license with the ability to insure (acceptable number of moving violations in the past five years)Forklift certified (preferred)Proficient in warehouse logisticsKnowledge of computer skills in applicable program to support logisticsExcellent organizational, communication and written communication skillsKnowledge of advanced inventory conceptsKnowledge of safety procedures/OSHA guidelines All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, citizenship, sex, marital status, parental status, Pregnancy or maternity status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, transgender status or reassignment, veteran's status, political affiliation, age, or disability.
