Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software
- Support PC and browser configurations
- Remote customer and external customer support and external customers
- Overall customer support
- Working within a Salesforce environment
- Additional responsibilities as required to support the overall success of the team and organization.
What you will bring:
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Ability to take feedback and execute accordingly
- Positive Attitude
- Diligent Multi-tasker
- Ability to work well independently
- Salesforce Administrator Certification or training highly preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
- 1 to 2 years of call center / help desk experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and days as projects require
- Ability to stand and sit for sustained periods of time, at least 50%
- Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data; transcribing/typing; viewing a computer; extensive reading
