Under the direction of the Program Director, this position clinically supervises interns and trainees and is responsible for providing a clinical experience within the parameters of the intern/trainee’s degree and level of experience. The Clinical Supervisor supervises clinical staff, assists in the achievement of the goals and objectives established by the Agency, and tracks contract requirements to ensure adherence. Knowledge of Parent Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT) or Functional Family Therapy (FFT) desired.


Clinical Supervisor Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work or related field from an accredited university; and two years directly related experience in program development and collaborative partnering; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Current California Licensure in Marriage Family Child Counseling, Social Work or Psychology- two years post licensure required. Must have clinical supervision experience. Working knowledge of the Board of Behavioral Science laws and regulations required. Demonstrated compliance with ethical standards promoted by the Board of Behavioral Sciences and the professional association to which the supervisor’s license entitles him/her to belong required.
