SUMMARY

The Sales Supervisor supports store management and teams with sales generation and store operations to ensure maximum profitability and compliance with Company procedures. This position reports to the Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Generation

  • Consistently achieves personal and store sales goals
  • Motivates team to achieve sales goals.
  • Upholds luxury clienteling to provide the best customer experience, both in-store and digitally.
  • Studies and communicates collection details while assisting clients.
  • Ensures adherence to all corporate customer service policies.
  • LeadershipSupervises team selling to ensure store goals are met or exceeded
  • Supports team training on sales techniques, product knowledge and store operations.
  • Upholds company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance and punctuality.
  • Demonstrates effective communication with customers, coworkers, and managers
  • Leads by example and positively influences others

Operations

  • Supports store operations including, but not limited to, processing deliveries and transfers in a timely manner, merchandising goods on the sales floor and maintaining visual standards.
  • Executes correct POS processes including proper cash handling and opening/closing the registers.
  • Ensures adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
  • Safeguards company property, including key holding.
  • Maintains standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the store.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a retail environment
  • Previous experience in luxury retail preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with computers and tablet devices.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills, both on and off the sales floor.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including morning, mid, evening and weekend shifts as business dictates.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Essential Physical RequirementsLift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
  • Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
  • Climbing ladders – occasionally
  • Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
  • Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
