Infojini, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Rawlins, Wyoming.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: OR - Operating RoomDiscipline: RNStart Date: 04/22/2024Duration: 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, daysEmployment Type: Travel Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Perioperative ServicesLocation: Rawlins, WYShift: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM, with rotating call for nights, weekends, and holidaysJob Description:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing comprehensive perioperative care to surgical patients. Duties include preoperative assessments, telephonic medical evaluations, periop and infusion scheduling, preoperative nursing care, including discharge teaching, and administering various infusions such as IVIG, immunologics, blood, antibiotics, and biologics.Additionally, the RN will perform dressing changes including PICC, CVC, and wound care, provide intraoperative nursing care for various specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, spine, and gastroenterology. The RN will also be responsible for Phase I postoperative care in the PACU, postoperative nursing care, and management of durable medical equipment (DME), supplies, outdates, materials ordering, and pharmacy tracking for patients.Requirements:Valid RN license in the state of WyomingBLS and ACLS certificationMinimum 2 years of perioperative nursing experienceExperience with EPIC EMR system preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentFlexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Infojini, Inc.
