Pay Range:
FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $20 - $22 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
Your areas of responsibility:
• Read and comprehend manufacturing orders and customer instructions/specifications to determine the required equipment, product, and components needed to process orders for shipment to customers
• Filtering, labeling, and packaging of products per product specifications in accordance with defined quality standards
• Measuring particle counts of filtered products per product specifications
• Clean and maintain work stations and surrounding work areas
• Responsible for adhering to strict quality policies including rejecting products outside of specifications to ensure customers receive high quality products
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications we are looking for:
• Analytical and mathematical skills needed with experience looking at data sets and using basic algebraic equations to calculate necessary adjustments
• Mechanical aptitude, prior experience working with tools and changing over setups with the ability to learn new setups and processes
• Ability to manage changes with work assignments and adapting to unexpected demands to meet the changing priorities of the business
• Excellent organization skills with the ability to follow highly detailed instructions while working in a cleanroom environment
• Ability to adhere to strict QC specifications
• Eight hours of walking/standing/sitting
• Pushing/Pulling/Moving of raw material containers and production equipment
• Some heavy lifting (up to 75-lbs.) may be required or up to employees physical limitations
