We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Pricing Analyst to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is crucial in supporting our business operations by analyzing market trends, evaluating economic effects, assessing competitors, and interpreting data. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing pricing strategies, maintaining pricing databases, and providing the team with necessary analytics and reports. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your insights will directly affect the company's bottom line and strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement pricing strategies for our products.
2. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and other relevant issues to help determine optimal pricing.
3. Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and finance to align on pricing strategies and recommendations.
5. Maintain and update pricing databases and systems.
6. Conduct margin and impact analysis.
7. Provide pricing analysis for management.
8. Monitor industry trends and updates related to pricing.
9. Support the sales team with pricing related queries and issues.
10. Assist in the development of special pricing programs as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience as a Pricing Analyst, preferably in the Grain/ingredient Markets and feed markets.
3. Experience in grain or ingredient pricing is a significant advantage.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in data analysis and report writing.
6. Knowledge of financial and statistical analysis.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
8. Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
