Job Summary
Trane Technologies is now taking applications for Machinist and/or Tool and Die Maker in its La Crosse production facilities.
Responsibilities:
Successful candidates must be able to work safely and effectively as a competent Machinist/Toolmaker in tool room and production environments. Leadership and CNC machine experience are preferred. Applicants must be able to read/interpret blueprints. Sound communication skills are a must for this position. Applicants must have their own precision tools, be capable of performing quality work in a safe manner, and work as a team player.
Qualifications:
A Two-year associate degree in Machine Tool Techniques or equivalent work experience is required. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Journeyman Machinist or 4 years' experience as a Tool and Die Maker are preferred. Will also consider an apprenticeship for qualified candidates not meeting the above criteria.

Applicants must be available to work any shift.

Starting pay $27.69- $31.24

Second Shift and Weekend Adders

Vacation - Upon completion of probationary period.

PTO/Sick Leave - After 6 months.
