Work Experience/Adult Apprenticeship Program
This position is perfect for an adult learner who is currently taking classes toward a CNC Machining and/or Programming Certification/Degree and is looking for hands on experience in a manufacturing shop. While working at SPX FLOW you will receive $20/hour to start, with room to grow your wage in following years.
We offer flexible scheduling based upon your availability but must be within the 1st shift timeframe (between 7am-3pm), with up to 25 hours per week. Apprentices will receive hands-on instruction from highly skilled mentors and will be working directly on our production floor producing our products.
Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in a technical or trade school program
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have an instructor referral to the program
- Must complete & pass a background check and drug screening
- Must complete skill checklist coursework, if applicable
- Must be able to take direction from mentor(s) and supervisor(s)
Successful candidates may be offered a full-time position if available.
