Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Training Administrator to work in our SMC Technical Support & Training department. Our team works a 4x10 schedule located out of our SMC facility with every Friday off. You will perform assigned training-related functions in compliance with DOE orders and laboratory procedures while assisting the SMC management in scheduling and monitoring training requirements. Daily work scope consists of assisting the Training Coordinators and Instructional Specialists by scheduling training and maintaining training records following the SMC records management plan, as well as proctoring computer-based training and examinations and developing expertise to facilitate future assignment as a Training Coordinator. Responsibilities Include: Accountable to the SMC Organizational Development Manager for the following responsibilities: Help schedule training requirements with Training Coordinators and Instructional Specialists and assist with data entry into the INL TRAIN System. (Rosters and tailgate rosters). Administer SMC Training records into the SMC electronic records management system. Monitor training expiration dates and communicate to SMC management and provide initial training requirements checklists to SMC personnel. Assist SMC personnel with navigating the ILEARN system. Help maintain Qualified Watchstanders Lists as assigned. Comply with all Laboratory policies, rules, standards, and procedures. Maintain expertise and qualifications related to assigned work. Minimum Requirements: AS0200: HS and 2 years of experience AS0300: HS and 4 years of experience Preference will be given to candidates who already possess a DOE "L" clearance. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "L" clearance, which requires US Citizenship. Preferred: Proficient in Microsoft computer software applications. Knowledgeable in the INL's TRAIN application. Job Information: Salary Grade AS0200: 140 ($40,140 - $64,212) Salary Grade AS0300: 150 ($45,156 - $72,228) You are required to show a demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment.
