Job Details
Essential Functions:
- Manage the tax preparation for pass-through entities, including partnerships.
- Offer expert state and local tax advice and solutions tailored to the business and individual needs.
- Craft and execute tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
- Consult with clients on how buying & selling impacts their business.
- Conduct Monthly Financial Oversight (Period End Close) for businesses and meet with the owners to strategize future plans.
- Cultivate client relationships grounded in trust and integrity.
- Stay abreast of evolving tax laws, regulations, and trends to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver unparalleled client service.
- Lead the development and mentorship of the team, foster their growth and build their proficiency in tax matters.
- Utilize and recommend technology to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional service to clients.
You should know some of the following:
- CPA or EA
- Understanding of tax laws for pass-through entities, and strategic problem-solving.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to analyze complex tax issues and provide strategic solutions.
