The client I'm working with is looking for candidates who have experience in programming Siemens S7 control systems for a rare opportunity to work out of the States for 2 months, and then return to be the main point-of-contact for their customer. They're a Family owned business which has grown to have global coverage with a fantastic career path on offer.
The Role
As a Control System Engineer, you can look forward to the following;
ø Working alongside the Mechanical and Electrical engineers on projects.
ø Programming PLC's in accordance to requirements.
ø Being the main point of contact for the end client.
ø Troubleshooting and debugging machinery upon commissioning phases.
Ideal Candidate
To be considered for the Control System Engineer role, we are looking for the follow;
ø Minimum two years experience in programming Siemens PLC's from scratch (Can consider Rockwell products).
ø Ability to complete one-time travel to Italy for the initial phase of the first project.
ø Prior experience implementing Robotic systems.
ø Prior experience implementing Vision systems.
ø Previously worked with AutoCAD or EPLAN.
The Package
The client I'm working with is offering the below;
ø Base salary of $75,000 to $85,000.
ø 3 weeks PTO.
ø Medical cover and Life insurance.
ø Fully expensed work trip to Italy for 2 months including accommodation, vehicle and company card.
